Hello,

I wonder if anyone has experience of colorimetric detection using DIG labelled 
probes for Northern blots? I've read the Boehringer DIG handbook, which has 
protocols for DIG Northerns and implies that colorimetric detection is 
possible, but most examples seem to use chemiluminescent detection.
