Dear bionetters,
does anyone know, will ds oligonucleotide (35 bp) be denaturated under
acetonitrile at room temperature? It is known that formamide decreases
DNA melting temperature at 0.7 degree with each percent added formamide.
Does anyone know analogous data concerning CH3CN ?  
Any comments are greatly appreciated.
