Hi I have seen a reference, it was in J. Bact. by some Japenese group in 1992-1993, where they "succesfully" used Baileys Irish Cream as a blocking agent in Southern Blots. Unfortunately I dont remember exactly the paper. Not much help I know, but there you go. Dave
