I sure this subject has been addressed in this newsgroup, but I missed the thread. Of the kits available for total mRNA isolation, which has been found to have the best quality for the least cost. I am using tissue culture cells and would rather not buy some large $300 kit. Quick, simple, good results... All assistance is greatly appreciated. Mike
