Protease Cleavage

I'm looking for references that describe optimal cleavage sequences for
various proteases, specifically thrombin and FactorXa, as well as the
experimental conditions that favour specific cleavage. I'm trying to
cleave away my protein of interest from the GST moiety of a fusion
protein. Please e-mail me if you have this information as I don't have a
