I need a quick and efficient way to determine if the tertiary structure of our recombinant hIL-3 is intact. I want to avoid a full blown activity assay using TF1 cells and such since presently our lab is not equipped to do this. Does anyone know of an alternative such as an ELISA or anything else that reflects intact tertiary structure? Thanks, Greg Davis gdavis at ou.edu
