I am thinking of using Life Technologies Bac-to-Bac
BAculovirus expression system to express my protein.   It seems to be
a rather simple procedure. I would like to hear any comments on
this baculovirus expression system, including any pitfall and
tricky parts. Should I consider other baculovirus systems such
as those of Clontech, Stratagene or Pharmigen ?
