Freeze-thawing of primers

I suggest storing aliquots of your primer at -20C and maintaining a working
stock at 4C.  I recently discovered that primers stored at 4C for over two
years worked well.  I must say I was a bit surprised since the oligos were
dissolved in straight dH2O!
