You need to download stuffit-expander-401 from your favorite Mac shareware
archive site (I don't know where you are, but in Europe you can try

<ftp://ftp.francenet.fr/pub/miroirs/info-mac/cmp/stuffit-expander-401.bin>

Make sure you download the .hqx version of NIH-image
