Dear netters, I am a graduate student doing my research in PAH degradation I am intrested in doing REP-PCR (Repetative Extraagenic Palindromic sequences) for gram negative bacteria, Alcaligene odorans. I require REP sequence primer preferably been used on E.coli. Could anyone spare me an aliquot of the primer so that i could check out in my isolates ? CHEERS S.RAJAN
