Dear Netters, I am having difficulty in isolating megabase DNA (YAC DNA) from the TBE gels for making whole YAC probes and also for random subcloning. Could anyone suggest me which one is the best method such as GEN CLEAN, phenol extraction, agarase digestion etc., Thank You, Veera
