G'Day to all, Does anyone know of a commercial source of recombinant Thrombin? I am getting cleavage of my purified protein upon storage after removal of GST. I think the thrombin may contain another protease that is digesting my protein. We include proteases inhibitors in the purification protocol. Any suggestions will be welcomed. Thanks Keith
