Req: Best transformation protocol for LCL's

Hi

LCLs seem to show a very poor transformation ratio.
So I am curious to hear of any suggestions from you out there to
improve this. 
How about Lipofectamine compared to electroporation?
How low can you go with your DNA-concentrations? 
Any electroporation profiles that work best?
Does DMSO increase efficiency?
