Hi - Clontech sell both a monoclonal and polyclonal antibody to GFP,
which they claim recognises all mutants. Molecular probes also sell an
anti-GFP antibody - look on their Web page catalogue. I've no experience
as yet of using any of these, although I'm about to try the Clontech
polyclonal.
