cDNA library optimization

Here we go again... this questions pops up once in a while but I guess
it's always useful info!

We're ready to prepare a cDNA library from cell lines for the
two-hybrid. Although there are countless protocols for cDNA libraries,
has anyone ever compared methods/kits???
