Does anyone know where I can find a good reference for setting
up Hybridization conditions...I mean, for instance, if I want to
hybridize with conditions that allow 70% homology between my probe and
the DNA target...I found papers where they give already the codnitions,
but I want to know how they get there...thanks, Mozart
