PCR with Pwo DNA polymerase from Boehringer

Increase the extension time of your reaction (2.5 min per kb amplified).
This really helps, I had the same promlem too, a reaction that worked
with Taq Pol. didnt work with Pwo or Pfu. I just increasd the extesion
time, and ... it worked ..
