Ligation tips

Hi

I'm ligating double stranded adaptors (with various sticky ends) to Dynal
bead immobilised DNA (with the appropriate sticky ends!) and I was
wondering if anyone has got any 'top tips' for for increasing the
efficiency of ligation reactions?
