densitometry software?

For the SDS-PAGE gel and the film of autoradiograpy, I would
like to know what percentage of the target exists in the lane
by photo-densitometry analysis instead of laser-densitometry.
Using scanner in the PC and appropriate software will make
the analysis possible. I guess there will not be big differences
between the two methods.
I would appreciate that softwar program in advance.
