30 Second Ice Cream (Was Re: Bailey's Irish Cream)

Can't say that i've tried to make ice cream with liquid nitrogen...i
have used dry ice in with the regular salt/water ice mixture and that
sped things up a bit.

I _have_ also tried to cool warm beer down with liquid nitrogen...put a
little in a big insulated cup, then followed it with the beer.  Boy does
it foam up and make a mess.  What you're left with is a a very flat beer
slush.
