cell lines

Hi:

1. I am looking for a mammalian cell line that has been transfected with the 
luciferase and/or the beta-galactosidase gene(s). A line with both of these 
reporter genes is desireable.  I have found a line from ATCC that has the 
beta-gal reporter but still need a luciferase carrying line and a line 
carrying both.  Does anyone know if these are available?

2. I am also interested in a gram-positive cloning system.  Does anyone know 
of a dependable one?
