Howdy, We were thinking of using Gibco BRL's Bac-to-Bac Baculovirus expression system, but thought it would be prudent to see what kinds of experiences people have had with it. So how about it? I am especially interested in hearing from people who got viruses using this system who could not using the old (for reasons of toxicity, etc.) Thanks in advance! -Hernan
