Hi Guys,
There is no need to degas acrylamide if you use an excess of APS (this
should be in a FAQ. "It is? Damn!")
I use 90ul 25% APS for 60 ml sequencing gel, and never degas.
And, no, I haven't titrated the stuff, smartypants.
