Dear netters,
I read in a journal (that I'm trying to find again) that polycarbonate
([Costar] translucent) cell culture inserts could be made transparent by
addition of some solvent/solution, acetone or chloroform or something like
that? for the purpose of visualizing cells (that can not be otherwise seen).
Does anyone know how to make translucent polycarbonate inserts (or PET
[Falcon] inserts) transparent?
Thanks, Mike.
