Seeking DOS/WIN reader for UNIX "mail" files

Hi Bionetters,

Does anyone know if there exists either a DOS or Windows program
that is able to "read" files created by the UNIX "mail" program,
and functions in approximately the same manner? Could you also
give me pointers to where I could obtain such  a program?
