CNBr activated affinity supports?

I am considering a CNBr activated agarose get to immobilize a 
synthesized peptide (about 20 amino acids long) with a binding motif 
near the C-terminus. The binding motif has a Cys residue in it 
(maybe more if I decide to have tandem repeats of the motif). Does 
anyone know if the CNBr will bind the sulfhydryl group or in some 
other fashion react with the Cys. If anyone knows about this or 
knows of a better procedure please respond. Thank you.
