Dear netters. I am interested in 5'-end labelling of oligonucleotides using non-radioactive methods. I am aware of non-radioactive labelling kits for cDNA or cRNA probes from Amersham, Borhinger Manheim, Life Technologies and Ambion. Is there any similar kits for 5'-end labelling? I appreciate any help in this matter.
