Hi Graham,

I do similar experiments with the pBabePuro vector in Swiss3T3 and primary 
BabyMouseKidney cells. For selection in stable transformed mouse 
fibroblasts I use 2,5 microgram/ml and for primary mouse fibroblasts I use 
max. 1 microgram/ml.

I hope, it works a little bit better now.
