   Sequana Therapeutics, Inc., a leading genomics company dedicated to the
discovery of genes associated with human diseases, is seeking a Laboratory
Development Biochemist to contribute to our Engineering/Development group.

   You will be involved in the development, testing and integration of PCR
protocols for automated instrumentation and the development of
fluorescence-based assays.  A BS or MS degree in Biochemistry or Molecular
Genetics, 3 years lab experience with proficiency in DNA extraction,
electrophoresis, PCR and computer-aided data analysis are required. 
Ideally, you will have experience with automated sequencers, robotic
systems, fluorescence detection, and protocols for high throughput
production on automated systems.  Job code UT-LDB.
