Do DNA DE-methylases exist?

There are O6-methylguanine transferases which is a suicide enzyme that 
removes the methyl group on guanines and becomes inactivated 
permanently.  I don't think it is sequence specific though.  There are 
also other methyl transferases; maybe some of them have sequence 
specificity, but I don't know.
