BioConsumer Review?

Could someone please provide me with an email address, or phone # for 
BioConsumer Review? I have been unable to find it via the Web or 
traditional library methods; I think it's a commercial publication. What 
would really make my month would be a kind soul with  Vol I, 1995 (nice 
review of sequencing gel apparati) would mail me a copy. What I thought 
was a gift was only a loan, and I filed it in the round file. Help!
