Wheat Callus Suspension...

Hi netters,
Iam planning to conduct elicitation studies/ using elicitors (yeast 
extract, chitosan) in wheat callus suspension cultures and susbsequently 
I intend to estimate the levels of phenyl propanoid enzymes activity in 
the same (under elicited and normal conditions. I would like to keep in 
touch with anyone/lab doing similar studies .
