I used to use one called PC gene-the name of the vendor escapes me at the
moment. Don't know that I would recommend it, as it is cumbersome to use
and expensive, but it does do a lot of stuff, for both DNA and protein. If
you want the company name and phone #, email me and I will dig it out.
