Custum oligo on magnetic beads

A protocol for preparing oligo(dT) magnetic beads can be found in: 
Kolarova and Hengerer, Biotechniques 20:196-198 (February 1996).  You
should be able to substitute a 5'-amino modified custom oligo in place of
the oligo(dT).
