Left DNA out at RT...advice?

A couple of days at room temperature shouldn't hurt your DNA at all, if 
it is purified plasmid DNA.  Even if there are some hungry nucleases in 
there, if you have your sample in EDTA (i.e. in TE), that should keep 
them at bay - even the hungriest nuclease is stopped dead if there is no 
Mg around.  Go ahead and sequence!
