Quick Protein Concentration Assays

I want to know if people have good results with test strip protein
assays, such as RPI's dotMetric 1ul Protein Assay:

1.  Is the expense worth the convenience?
2.  How reproducible are your results?
3.  How critical is concentration for your purposes and does this assay
meet    
    those needs?

I was hoping someone could speak from experience before I ordered the
pricey kit.  I have been using Pierce's Coomassie Plus.
