You can covalently link oligonucleotides synthesized with a 5' amino
linker to magnetic particles with a surface glyceryl or long chain
alkylamine.  CPG, Inc. manufactures magnetic glass particles and provides
the protocols to link these oligonucleotides to the particles.  If you
