genomics with SalI or AatII?

Hi 
Yes I had this problem with Sal1, it takes quite some time 
(20hrs) to cut and the cutting efficiency depends on the no of 
nucleotides present adjcent to the cutting sequence.
If you look at the NEB cat. on page 181 and 188, you could deduce 
yourself of how many hours of digestion is required and the no of 
units that have to be used.
