hello everybody
is there somebody working with Bacillus stearothermophilus ?
I need urgently a transformation protokoll for this strain.(or maybe just
a good vector)
I didn´t succeed in getting transformants when trying out protoplast
transformation.
Are there any tricks I don´t know?
