Q: Separation of 12bp ds-oligo from ss

Hi,

I have to make a ds 12 bp oligo with 0.5 mM conc. I've got two complimentary oligos synthesised 
and then hybridised them by heating/slow cooling. Now I am wondering if anybody can give me a 
hint as to how the separation of 12bp ds oligo can be achieved from the ss comprising oligos?
Would the hydroxyappatite do? I have about 1 umole of each oligo and would like to absolutly 
minimise loss.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
