[HELP]Cloning double stranded oligo DNA fragment into vector.

I've never done this before, so maybe I am overlooking something, but it 
would appear that step2 would just ligate your fragment together into 
big circles!  The other thing I would suggest is to use a longer 
incubation time for your ligation.  Also I find that a 1:1 molar ratio 
of fragment to plasmid gives the best results although other people may 
disagree with this one.
