Can anyone point me to a review which summarizes promoter-enhancer efficiency in various cell types, such as commonly-used mammalian cultured cells like CHO, HeLa, Rat1, etc? We have construct with various promoter-enhancers (such as SV40 early and CMV early) and would like to know which cell lines might be the best at expressing the various constructs.
