Hello All I hope some one out there can help me, I following a procedure publish by Jacques Neefjes (Immunogenetics 24, 1986). I have a question on his TX-114 lysis buffer, does he really mean 0.5% TX-114?? (typo?) Thanks in advance, I would like to talk anyone who doing immunoblotting part of the IEF.
