pBELO BAC11 vector prep

I have been attempting to extract pure plasmid dna of the bac vector pBELO
bac 11 from the E.coli strain DH10B and have been experiencing problems
obtaining 
plasmid DNA.I was wondering if anyone could give me any tips on how to
maximise the yield of this single copy plasmid
