What is PRK7 vector?

I have a plasmid which contains GFP inside pRK7 vector but I don't the
orientation of my insert and I want to subclone my insert. The pRK7 is an
eukaryotic vector with an ampicilline resistance gene (useful for
maxipreps) but I don't know the promoter nor if a a Neo resistance gene is
present. Somebody can help to find a path to discover the pRK7 origin?
