I am currently using the differential display with plant cells. Does anyone have a reliable technique for isolating suitable RNA from a small number of cells, e.g., 200 cells? I am worried about genomic DNA contamination and the presence of RNases. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Mike C. Penn State University
