If any of you have experience with growing plasmids like pCAT, pGEM, pBR322 and Bluescript in the Stable 2 strain of E. coli, I would like to know how they compare. I'm trying to clone a fragment that's prone to deletions, and I want to work with the best vector. Thanks a lot! -- 1¾
