Does anyone have experience with both the Li-Cor and ABI automated sequencers? I'd like to get feedback as to the pros and cons of these systems. We currently are using a Li-Cor setup, and want to know if it would be better to stay with this and add a new laser in order to increase our through-put, or go to an ABI machine.
