Hello, Has anyone had any experience with Oligotex? I am intending to do RACE-PCR. I am wondering if the Oligotex from Qiagen gives a better yield of mRNA compared to the conventional column. Also,if I have to use RT then Taq would there be problems with the different buffers used? Thanks. Stephanie.
