Ah the old hope that there is an easy solution. Sorry - you have to check each pH value for each protein for each plate type...... Many Abs coat well at pH 9.6 (often called "coating buffer" by manufacturers) in most plates. These are ONLY RULES OF THUMB!!!! Keld.
